There are so many small things in life you could tweak, swap out or add to take your health and happiness to the next level. Whether that simply means drinking more water throughout the day or seeing the glass as half full, one small change TODAY is all you need.

Start your mornings with a big glass of filtered water and fresh lemon juice
Use a tongue scraper
Make home-made bliss balls to snack on (they are so easy)
Wear pure essential oils instead of perfume (think rose, jasmine or neroli)

Walk bare foot in nature
Eat sauerkraut or something fermented everyday
