30 Simple Hacks to a Healthier Happier YOU

There are so many small things in life you could tweak, swap out or add to take your health and happiness to the next level. Whether that simply means drinking more water throughout the day or seeing the glass as half full, one small change TODAY is all you need.

Don't try to overhaul your life overnight. Instead focus on making one small change at a time. Over time, those small changes will end up to be big transformations. -unknown

Here are 30 ideas to get you started.


  1. Start your mornings with a big glass of filtered water and fresh lemon juice

  2. Use a tongue scraper

  3. Make home-made bliss balls to snack on (they are so easy)

  4. Wear pure essential oils instead of perfume (think rose, jasmine or neroli)

  5. Cook with fresh herbs and spices

  6. Walk bare foot in nature

  7. Eat sauerkraut or something fermented everyday

  8. Keep a gratitude journal

  9. Look on the brightside of each situation (guaranteed there is one if you look hard enough!)

  10. Eat organic foods when possible

  11. Have cold showers to boost your immune system

  12. Stretch! Even just 10 minutes a day

  13. Turn off your WiFi at night

  14. Hug your dog or somebody else's

  15. Make your own chocolate

  16. Ditch the air fresheners and buy an essential oil diffuser
