Smoothies are an absolute non negotiable for us. They are just the best! We always start our day with a smoothie in hand. They are great way to get in extra nutrition or fill in that gap between lunch and dinner. This strawberries and cream smoothie is super kid friendly too.

Keep in mind that frozen strawberries are needed for this recipe. There is nothing worse than a luke warm smoothie right!? You can find these in the frozen aisle at your local supermarket or by them fresh and freeze them yourself.
Strawberries & Cream Smoothie
2 cups frozen strawberries
6 medjool dates
1 cup coconut cream
1 cup cold filtered water
2 tsp. vanilla
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
